Can it really be March already? I think not, but the calendar tends to disagree with me a lot on these things.
Anyways, on to the business at hand:
Item 1: Happy birthday to Hayden, my tech-monkey, who turned 18 at some point last week. I forget when, but he totally did.
Item 2: Try as I might, my computer has outsmarted me yet again, so this weeks comics might be a little bit delayed. I apologise profusely yet again, but my computer keeps importing viruses to spread it's evil message to the computers of the world, thus rendering the world powerless. Mwahahahaha... MWAHAHAHAHAHA! *Ahem* Anyway, until I punish my computer and get it running again, I might not be able to get the comics up. If this ends up being the case, I instead offer you these other webcomics which I enjoy (No, I'm not getting paid for this, though I totally should be):
Questionable content: http://questionablecontent.net/ (It's really not as bad as it sounds, I promise)
XKCD: http://xkcd.com/ (Nerd humour. I don't understand it that much, but it's still funny. This is mainly for the benefit of Hayden)
Weregeek: http://www.weregeek.com/ (Randomness and DnD humour, don't ask)
So, I'm sure most of you have been keeping up with the winter olympics in some way or form over the past few days. Good for you. Personally, I don't find it all that interesting. It was funny when the Jamaicans got a huge cheer at the opening ceremony (Thank you, Cool Runnings) but that's about as far as my enjoyment gos when it comes to the Winter Olympics. The only two events I like are the aerial skiing and the half-pipe. That is all. Despite this, I still watch it... Now why is that...? Just goes to show the quality of TV these days when I find the Winter Olympics the most inbteresting thing on TV I suppose...
No comic today as the interwebs has been down around here due to massive stormage recently. Check bacin Sunday for a special Valentines days comic
1: Me starting a webcomic
2: Installing ejection seats on a helicopter
3: Making more than two or three Saw movies
4: (This one is the real reason I posted this, but the others are also really bad ideas.) Apparrently some time this week, Australia has a 'National Headlice Day.' To me, this sounds like the absolute worst idea ever. For some reason I picture a celebration of people who have headlice... At noon I imagine they pass around a communal hat for everyone who already has head lice to share the joys of thousands of tiny parasites nesting in your hair...
Well, happy head lice day, everyone...
The lovely folks at comicfury, the site that hosts this comic, are planning to add some new functionality to their site. A bunch of people have asked for comments on blogs, and with a bit of luck we should be seeing the ability to comment on blogs in the not-too-distant future.
...But if it doesn't happen, then please don't hurt me...
